I am so impressed with Black Sage Butcher. We are lucky to have a quality focused, locally owned boutique shop like this in the South Okanagan. We tried an assortment of their hand made sausages on the BBQ and they were absolutely delicious. We had fun pairing with our wines and we think the Syrah was the best on this round. Can't wait to try more!
