Choose from our options to create a gourmet experience at home without the stress of cooking. With every bite, savour the joy of being present in the moment—an intimate celebration that’s as seamless as it is memorable.
Product Options
- Our 2 course meal includes:
- Tender, juicy boneless AAA BC beef short ribs, slow-cooked for 48 hours and served in a luxurious reduction of red wine, fresh thyme, peppercorns, and rich beef stock
- Fluffy, buttery potatoes complemented by earthy black truffles
- Roasted winter root vegetables (carrots, pearl onions, celery root + fresh herbs)
- A box of handmade, locally made artisanal chocolates featuring two chewy, buttery milk-chocolate caramel pecan clusters and two rose-shaped dark-chocolate shells filled with smooth raspberry white-chocolate ganache
Fresh Kusshi Oysters (raw, in shell) – $15 per 1/2 dozen
- Includes housemade mignonette and fresh lemon to complement your fresh oysters
- Opt to add a jar of Dennis’ small-batch Canadian horseradish for a little extra zing with your oysters — with plenty left to enjoy beyond Valentine’s Day

We have a limited number of Valentine’s Day items available for pre-order, so book as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid disappointment.

Full payment is required in advance to secure your order.

- Via our online store, by making your selection at the top of this page.
- In person at the shop during open hours (sorry, we do not accept credit cards over the phone).
- Via e-transfer to bsbpreorder@gmail.com once your order has been confirmed by us. **Please do not send an etransfer until your order has been confirmed.**
Pre-Orders Pick-up
Pre-orders will be available to pick-up in the shop during the following days/times – no appointment required:
- Friday, February 13 anytime between 10 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday, February 14 anytime between 10 am – 4 pm
