Each 6oz patty is made from premium Wagyu beef, delivering the same rich marbling and incredible flavour in burger form. It’s an accessible way to savour the luxury of Wagyu for the ultimate gourmet burger night.
Product Features
The Australian wagyu scoring system grades beef quality from 0 to 9 based on marbling, color, texture, and overall appearance. Trained assessors visually inspect the meat, assigning higher scores to beef with better marbling and overall quality. The higher the score, the more desirable and valuable the beef.
The Japanese wagyu grading system evaluates beef quality based on marbling, color, texture, and fat quality, using a scale from 1 to 5 for each attribute. The overall grade combines these scores, with A5 being the highest, indicating exceptional marbling and quality. Higher grades mean more desirable and premium beef.

We have a limited number of Wagyu products available for pre-order, so book as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid disappointment.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your steak order and will be applied to your total at pick-up. Wagyu burgers must be pre-purchased in full to guarantee availability.
Deposits or pre-purchases may be paid:
- Via our online store, by making your selection at the top of this page.
- In person at the shop during business hours (sorry, we do not accept credit cards over the phone).
- Via e-transfer to bsbpreorder@gmail.com once your order has been confirmed by us. **Please do not send an etransfer until your order has been confirmed.**
Pre-Orders Pick-up
Pre-orders will be available to pick-up in the shop during the following days/times – no appointment required:
- Friday, June 13 anytime between 10:00am-5:30pm
- Saturday, June 14 anytime between 10:00am-4pm
