Our main course for 2 includes:
– Tender, juicy boneless AAA BC beef short ribs, slow-cooked for 48 hours and served in a luxurious reduction of red wine, fresh thyme, peppercorns, and rich beef stock
– Fluffy, buttery potatoes complemented by earthy black truffles
– Roasted winter roots vegetables (carrots, pearl onions, celery root + fresh herbs) - Dessert
Our dessert course includes:
– 2 x 150ml servings of passion fruit mousse and white chocolate ganache swirl, each one in a heart shaped tin
