Our starter course includes:
– BSB Foie Gras Torchon, a super rich and luscious pâté that will melt on your tongue. Made from duck liver cured with maple syrup and seasoned with warm spices; cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and black pepper.
– Baby Brioche Loaf
– 1.5 oz jar of Apple-Pomegranate Compote - Main Course Only – $85
Our main course for 2 includes:
– BSB beef wellington featuring AAA BC beef, duck pâté, prosciutto, mushrooms & Dijon mustard all wrapped with a flaky, buttery latticed pastry.
– Truffle madeira sauce, a house-made reduction of veal stock, madeira, sherry and cognac wines and studded with earthy truffles.
– Roasted carrots and leeks
– Dauphinoise potato, a decadent thin sliced potato cake layered with cream, fresh thyme and gruyere cheese. - Dessert Only – $20
Our dessert course includes:
– 2 x 150ml servings of dark & milk chocolate mousse, each one in a heart shaped tin
