Butcher Shop Clerk - Job Posting
Join the team at Black Sage Butcher as a Butcher Shop Clerk and be part of a small, award-winning shop that takes real pride in what we do.
Position: Butcher Shop Clerk (Seasonal, 4 days/week)
Schedule: 4 shifts/week (5–8 hours per shift)
Wednesday–Saturday
(Additional Tuesday shifts may be added during peak season or for the right candidate)
Hourly Wage: $18.25–$21 depending on experience and fit
Most candidates start at the lower end, with opportunities to grow into a higher wage and more responsibility over time

Term: Join us from early May to Oct 10, 2026, with potential for extension.

- Comfortable being on your feet for the full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs

FOR STUDENTS:
We can offer some flexibility around school schedules for the right candidate. You will need to be available after school on Thursdays and Fridays, as well as a full shift on Saturdays.
