Maple Malbar Glaze
This house-made glaze is the secret behind our extremely popular Maple Malabar pork chops.
Ingredients
- ½ Cup maple syrup
- 7 ½ tsp Malabar Spice Mix*
- 4.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Let the glaze chill completely before rubbing into the surface of your pork chops.
- Cook the pork chops as desired; bake, BBQ, pan fry - the choice is yours!
