Maple Malbar Glaze

This house-made glaze is the secret behind our extremely popular Maple Malabar pork chops.


  • ½ Cup maple syrup
  • 7 ½ tsp Malabar Spice Mix*
  • 4.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

*Malabar Spice Mix is sold at our shop, or can be purchased directly from the supplier;


  1. Put all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
  2. Let the glaze chill completely before rubbing into the surface of your pork chops.
  3. Cook the pork chops as desired; bake, BBQ, pan fry - the choice is yours!
