Choose between a boneless, skin-on double turkey breast roast or a boneless, skin-on turkey roll (breast and thigh meat rolled together).
A $25 deposit is required to secure your holiday order. Please read through to the bottom of the page for full details.

Product Options
These turkeys are ethically-raised and are free from antibiotics and growth-hormones. We offer two different turkey roast options:
- Boneless double turkey breast with skin, tied at BSB:
1.8-2.5 kg (4-5.5 lb) for $34/kg ($15.42/lb)
Offers approx. 8-11 servings - Boneless breast and thigh rolled together and netted (with skin):
Approx. 1.6 kg (3.5 lb) for $32/kg ($14.51/lb)
Offers approx. 7 servings
Ordering Information

We have a limited number of turkey roasts available for pre-order, so book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. They will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

A non-refundable deposit of $25 (per item) is required to secure your order. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your order upon pick-up.
Deposits may be paid:
- Via our online store, by making your selection at the top of this page.
- In person at the shop during open hours (sorry, we do not accept credit cards over the phone).
- Via e-transfer to bsbpreorder@gmail.com once your order has been confirmed by us. **Please do not send an etransfer until your order has been confirmed.**
Pre-Orders Pick-up
Pre-orders will be available to pick-up in the shop during any of the following days/times. When you place your online order, please indicate in the Notes section which day you would like to pick up:
- Thursday, October 9th anytime between 11:30am-5:30pm
- Friday, October 10th anytime between 10am-5:30pm
- Saturday, October 11th anytime between 10am-4pm
We will have a limited number of boxes available, so kindly bring your own reusable shopping bag or receptacle if you are able.
Special Requests
We are a small team and the holidays are very busy for us. In order to manage our workload effectively we require that any special requests, including for final payment arrangements, must be received no later than Wednesday, October 8th at 5pm. Any requests received afterwards will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur a service fee. We thank you in advance for your understanding that we are always doing our best with the resources available to us.
